We truly hope you love the items you purchase as much as we do, but we understand that occasionally what you love the look of online may not meet your expectations. Many of our items are hand made from natural materials and will carry variations.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please let us know within 10 days of receiving your goods, your satisfaction with our products is important to us here at Home-Buy Interiors.
**We know that Christmas is a busy time, and gifting isn't always easy, so we have extended our returns window to 30 days of goods receipt, for all orders placed between 1st November & 31st December. So if it isn't love at first gift, we've got you covered!**
Change of Mind
We are happy to offer a store credit or exchange if you have chosen the wrong product or you don’t like it as much as you did in the photo, these items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of return confirmation.
Please take care when returning your items to ensure your goods are returned in their original packaging, with their receipt and completed returns form. We are unable to credit items that are damaged or marked so please take extra care when packing your items for transportation back to Home-Buy Interiors. We would also love if you could include some feedback about your returned item.
Please contact us here and notify us of your return, please note return postage remains your responsibility so please hold on to your proof of postage until we have received your item. We will contact you as soon we receive your items here at Home-Buy Interiors and process your credit note or exchange, for the original purchase price, excluding any shipping fees applicable for your initial delivery.
Although we check each and every item that leaves Home-Buy Interiors, if on delivery, your item is damaged we will replace the item or offer a refund if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the order.
If this is the case the first step is to email us within 5 days of receipt of the order. We will require a photo of the damage. Please attach the photo to your notification email, with your order number and your details so we can process your return as quickly as possible.
Once we have received the photo you will be offered your choice of a full refund of the purchase price including shipping, a store credit, or a replacement item. Where the item is out of stock, you will be offered a full refund of the purchase price including shipping or a store credit to the same value.
